ハッシュタグから探す以前この場所にあったお店のオーナーから「風土」という名前を引き継いでオープンしました。
人や料理を通して大樹町の風土を感じることができるように、また、地元に根ざした土の人と外から新しい風をもたらす風の人が交わる場所となるように、という願いがこもっているそうです。

【Odaidokoro Fudo】
Newly opened in 2024, this is a restaurant and café where you can enjoy "obanzai" (Kyoto-style side dish).
They opened this restaurant after taking over the name “Fudo” from the owner of the restaurant that was previously located here.
You can also enjoy delicious coffee and sweets.
